We accept  orders via Online, Email, Telephone, and Fax. Please visit our contact us page.

Please email us at info@NutritionWarehouse.ca for the fastest response on your order status. Don’t forget to give us your invoice number or full name.


We do not have a retail health store. We do have our Head Office in Brampton, Ontario which happens to be a warehouse with an outlet store for processing orders another warehouse located in the United States. Your welcome to pre-order and pick up orders to save the shipping costs.

As a courtesy, if picking up orders at our outlet store; please pre-order in advance and arrange a pick up date and time. This gives our staff time to get your order ready to ensure your not waiting. We do not allow members of the public to walk through the warehouse. Safety First!


We do price match with sales and promotions from other health stores and nutrition supplement wholesalers.We need to take into consideration product expiry dates, shipping costs, shipping times, currency, and limited time offers. Nutrition Warehouse Canada does not price match expiring, discontinued, or short-dated products. If you find a product cheaper somewhere else simply contact us.


Typically we receive weekly shipments of vitamins and nutritional supplements as we have access to thousands of vitamins and nutritional supplements from hundreds of vendors we work with.  Not all vitamins and supplements make it on to our site as there are too many products out there but chances are we may have the supplements in stock at our outlet store. If there is a product you are looking for and cannot find it, please contact us and we will let you know when we can have the supplements shipped to your door .


No. We do not sell any steroids or other hormones. If you need these types of supplements; please speak with your physician.


Yes, Typically with orders shipped we provide supplement samples, promo T-shirts and or shaker cups. While supplies last.


Shipping Answers

Nutrition Warehouse does offer free shipping with orders over $99.99 within Canada Only. All United States and international orders are charged a respected shipping fee through Canada Post.  We also have specials from time to time, some include free shipping on any amount purchased. Nutrition Warehouse Canada ships with fast delivery using Canada Post Expedited Parcel.


Orders are shipped within 24-72 hours. (subject to product availability). Our average shipping times in Canada are: 1-3 days(Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba), 3-6 days for the rest of Canada. All wholesale orders over $10,000 take a minimum of 10 business days to processed & shipped. Orders place on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be processed the next business day.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Interac, and bank tranfser all powered by Paypal. Paypal is the worlds safest way to process payments online.


Correct, Paypal does not accept some prepaid cards . We can accept these cards via phone, email, fax orders only.


No, we do not keep our payment information on our servers. You will need to provide your payment information every order because of this safety feature.
